We need to stop splitting things into parts and rather see things as a whole

Decisions makers today find themselves having to make sense of environments filled with competing strands of seemingly unrelated information and insights.

Because we keep splitting everything into silos and parts we are struggling to see the whole. To understand, compare, prioritize and take effective action.

In this video I share how we resolved this issue in one of our projects using a version of systems thinking, which is also a top core skill for the future according to the World Economic forum.
